After a varied career in Graphic Design,
I have crawled my way back to the art world. My illustration process consists of me capturing a moment in time by taking a clandestine photo throughout the day. I then interpreting it with color pencil, pen, paper and exaggerated features. I keep the Mannerist period, that evolved out of the Renaissance, in the back of my mind. I love the elongated, extreme perspective. Creating a depth of field.
