Jorts? Really?

Jorts? Really?

I guess it's not bad enough that the Gen Z generation is having less and less sex... Lets really put a nail in the coffin with a nice crisp pair of sexless Jorts.

Forget the oscars, who cares about the people’s choice, and does anyone even watch beauty pageants anymore? Not even Rupal’s Drag Race brings the drama I crave as much as this year's World Cup.

“New York City is so expensive!” No, Not really.

“New York City is so expensive!” No, Not really.

I hear a lot of comments from friends and family who don’t live in NYC say “NYC is so expensive, so crowded, so many people... I don’t really like it.”

I was on Bluehost the other day, diving down the rabbit hole of searching for random available URLs like some kind of digital treasure hunter. Just another fun Tuesday night. Somewhere in my aimless wandering, while half watching Wonder Woman 1984, I just figured I'd see what .ai domains were available. Just for shits n’ gigles, you know....? Surely this would be a quick, cheap diversion. Then I saw the price tag. Around $200 a year for a .ai. Two. Hundred. Bucks. For something that would have cost me $12.99 in .com form. That's crazy and telling for this new .AI craze.

Why My Morning Coffee Costs So Much. And a neighborhood recommendation.

Why My Morning Coffee Costs So Much. And a neighborhood recommendation.

I remember when a cup of coffee was a 2 bucks. Somewhere between my last memory of cheap diner coffee and the five dollars I'm paying today, a lot changed. Here's what's driving the price up, and it's not just greed. As someone who's been pushed out of the presentations design game by AI and now trying to make a living writing newsletters from my apartment in Bedstuy, I'm paying close attention to where my money goes. And honestly, this coffee situation hits different when you're counting every dollar.
